FLIP-UP CHINBAR REMOVAL

For the chin bar removal, with the chin bar fully opened, simultaneously pull the release lever down (grey arrow).

 

Grasp and pull the chin bar away from the main shell. Repeat these steps on the opposite side to complete the removal.

 

FLIP-UP CHINBAR INSTALLATION

Reverse the above steps to reinstall. Note that you will not need to pull the release lever down when you reinstall.

 

LOCKING THE FLIP-UP CHINBAR

Fully open the chinbar, move the chin bar locking (P/J) lever toward chinbar. Then the chinbar would lock.

Reverse if you want unlock the chinbar.

 

Peak Visor

PEAK VISOR REMOVAL

To remove the peak visor, simultaneously pull the release lever down (grey arrow), then grasp and pull the peak visor away from the main shell.

PEAK VISOR INSTALLATION

While facing the helmet and with the chin bar removed, align the peak visor and shell guides as shown.

Once positioned, simply slide the peak visor until it “clicks” into place.
