Payment Processing
Purchases made within our website or applications are performed via third-party payment processors. Kido does not assume any responsibility for the payments you make or the data you provide to these processors. We strongly recommend reviewing such third-parties’ terms and privacy policies before making a payment.
For payments made through the Kido Connect Mobile App, allowing you to subscribe to various features on a monthly or yearly basis, the payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. If you purchase subscriptions, the respective processing parties (Google or Apple) will collect additional information to process your payment, such as credit card details, ID, or bank account information. Kido has no access to or responsibility for such information or the transaction data shared with third-party processors. We recommend you review Google and Apple’s terms and privacy policies before making payments.
Disputes and Exclusive Jurisdiction
For online purchases outside South Korea, you agree that any dispute between you and Kido will be adjudicated exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in South Korea, and you consent to such courts' exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
Finality of Transaction
All sales conducted through the company’s online store are final. Once a purchase is made and the transaction is completed, charges will be applied to the credit card or payment method used. Purchases cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued.

Kido has pending patents in South Korea and internationally.
Trademarks
Kido’s trademarks, including but not limited to “Kido Sports Co., Ltd.” and “EXOCOM,” may only be used with explicit permission from the Company. Other trademarks are owned by their respective owners.
